This is a difficult time for everyone. On one hand, it means a lot of stress for all of us, on the other, it brings us a new appreciation for our relationships; be it our families, friends, colleagues or our trusted partners.
People are concerned about the safety of their families and their businesses, but solidarity and relying on each other will get us through this situation.
Fortunately, we are already working in an agile, remote style with our clients and will continue to be there for them every step of the way.
Although we can’t promise it’s going to be business as usual for a while, we are committed to delivering services and value as always.
These are some of the measures we’ve taken to ensure continuity and everyone’s safety:
- Maximizing options for productive work from home for our colleagues, so that everyone has the right digital setup, support, and can follow the current schedule and plans;
- Encouraging communication as often as possible between team members, teams and with our clients;
- Sharing guidelines with our colleagues about how to cope in a day to day situation, how to have a good understanding of customer needs and the needs of their teammates, how to see the silver lining, even during this stressful situation.
