- Valg af dirigent.
- Fremlæggelse af årsrapport til godkendelse.
- Beslutning om meddelelse af decharge til bestyrelse og direktion.
- Beslutning om anvendelse af årets overskud, herunder fastsættelse af udbyttes størrelse samt om dækning af eventuelt tab i henhold til den godkendte årsrapport.
- Valg af medlemmer til bestyrelsen.
- Valg af revisor.
- Beslutning om meddelelse af bemyndigelse til bestyrelsen til at lade selskabet opkøbe indtil 10 % af selskabets aktier.
- Eventuelle forslag fra bestyrelsen og aktionærer.
