Annual Report 2025
From services-only company to platform-enabled technology partner
2025 was an important year of strategic progress for Wirtek. During the year we continued to strengthen the company’s long-term growth platform by integrating the acquisitions completed in 2024, establishing our new Services and Solutions structure, and advancing initiatives designed to position Wirtek for its next phase of development.
For the full year 2025, Wirtek delivered revenue of DKK 64.3 million and EBITDA of DKK 1.7 million. The results reflect both the softer market environment and our deliberate investments in building new capabilities, particularly within the Solutions division.

Wirtek A/S Danish IT Services and Solutions company that provides software development, embedded engineering, R&D, Quality Assurance, and testing services to help clients worldwide. Wirtek focus on developing solutions for web, mobile, and integrated systems, with a particular emphasis on the Internet of Things (IoT) and clean energy sectors.
At Wirtek, we prioritise building long-term client relationships, with some lasting over a decade. We believe that quality partnerships are just as important as software quality in achieving our clients' goals.
Established in 2001, we have offices in Denmark, Portugal and Romania and have been listed on Nasdaq First North Copenhagen since 2006.
