Wirtek is seeking stock exchange listing

WirTek has applied for listing on the Danish First North market place for small and mid-sized companies seeking expansion and development.

WirTek expects to raise between DKK 20 million (EUR 2,7 million) and DKK 35 million (EUR 4.7 million) during an initial public offering in June 2006. The proceeds from the public offering are earmarked for implementation of the company’s internalisation strategy.

Further information concerning the initial public offering will be published on www.wirtek.com as it becomes available.

About us

We’re a Danish IT outsourcing company. Since 2001, we’ve been teaming up with companies to help them create great software solutions and electronic equipment products.

Several clients have been with us for 10+ years, so we can confidently say that in outsourcing, the quality of the relationship matters just as much as the quality of the delivered software. With us, people come first and we’re happy to have a team of great minds, with their hearts in the right place. And this changes everything, from the quality of the service to the involvement and attention we give to our client's business.

Our clients get top-notch technical solutions and a committed team that works with them as if it were their own.

Our story starts almost 20 years ago, when Michael Aaen founded the company as a spin-off from Nokia. Since then, we’ve been constantly growing, building upon our Danish heritage and mission to contribute to our clients’ growth through transparent and trust-based partnerships.
