Initial public offering concluded with success

The initial public offering in WirTek was concluded on June 22, 2006 with a subscription of 541,303 new shares for gross proceeds of DKK 23.8 million (EUR 3.2 million). WirTek has gained more than 160 new shareholders.

After a successful initial public offering WirTek is now well positioned for the implementation of the company’s growth- and internalisation strategy which includes further expansion of our Romanian software development centre as well as establishment of sales- and project offices in several Western European countries.

First day of trading WirTek shares on the First North market place will be June 29, 2006.
