Wirtek has just published our annual report for 2012. Revenue shows a solid growth of 56% compared to 2011 and profit before taxes (EBT) was DKK 631.000. The liquidity of the company has developed in a very positive direction during 2012 and Wirtek no longer depends on any external financial facilities. The Board is very satisfied with these results.
Wirtek’s continuing focus on offering value-adding nearshore outsourcing services to our customers has resulted in a great 2012 for the company. We have added a number of new clients to our customer portfolio and our Romanian subsidiary in Cluj has moved to new, larger facilities to accomodate the growth.
Wirtek is in a position to take advantage of the growth opportunities in the market and The Board expects a strong 2013 with growth in both revenue and profitability.
