About the role

We are looking for an organized, efficient Sales Support Specialist to assist our growing Danish Sales team in finding and keeping customers.


What you’ll be doing:

    Generate and process new sales leads through social media

    Create email campaigns based on the strategy agreed with the sales team

    Provide any necessary data, guides or reports to the sales team

    Set-up appointments with potential clients and the sales team

    Acknowledge customers by responding to emails and phone calls

    Update all contact information for/about the clients
  • check-regular
    Identify and keep up with sales trends

What you should bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field would be nice to have
  • Previous experience in customer relations/service would help
  • Knowledge of sales practices and the most efficient customer service techniques
  • Good understanding of business concepts and technology insights
  • Ability to interpret sales metrics and perform data entry
  • An analytical mindset and very good research abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Ambition, commitment to goals and objectives
  • Proficiency in English
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
