Lead Gen Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an organized and efficient Leads Generation Specialist, to assist our growing Sales team in finding new clients in Northwestern Europe, with a targeted focus on the Danish market. Our future colleague should be a tenacious person, focused on generating and nurturing leads as well as building valuable relationships with potential clients.

We believe in the importance of using a soft approach and ensuring every interaction brings value to those involved in the process. Curiosity and willingness to learn about the IT outsourcing framework is highly valued.

 

What you’ll be doing:

    Generate new sales leads using social selling methodologies (LinkedIn as main platform)

    Manage outbound email marketing campaigns, in line with our sales and marketing strategic goals

    Set-up appointments between potential clients and the sales team
  • check-regular
    Interact with potential customers through email, phone calls, social media platforms
  • check-regular
    Build a strong professional presence on LinkedIn, in line with our brand identity
  • check-regular
    Provide any necessary data, guides or reports to the sales team
  • check-regular
    Update all contact information for/about the clients

    Identify and keep up with sales trends

What you should bring:

  • Knowledge of sales practices and social selling principles
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Good understanding of business concepts
  • An analytical mindset with very good research and communication abilities
  • You’re a team-player who can also work independently
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field would be nice to have
  • Proficiency in English
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
