December	Wirtek Mobile Academy becomes Microsoft Certified Partner within Learning Solutions.
July	Wirtek’s new business unit Wirtek Mobile Academy is appointed as global training partner for Microsoft Business Solutions.
July	Wirtek establishes a new business unit for training of partners in various mobile software solutions.
June	Wirtek enters into a long-term contract with RTX Telecom – a Danish company specialized in advanced wireless IP-based communication solutions – for conformance tests performed by a customer team at Wirtek’s site in Romania.
February	Wirtek’s Romanian Development Center is ISO certified without any annotations and thus receives the visible proof that also the Romanian site’s QA processes are top class.
February	Wirtek acquires Moltsen Intelligent Software – a small software company and the mastermind behind the intelligent troubleshooting software TheCure.

2006

December	At the annual general meeting Agner N. Mark is elected chairman of the board.
November	Wirtek presents a strong annual report showing a growth of 21%.
May	Wirtek applies for admission to First North market to secure the necessary capital for implementation of the company’s international strategy.
May	Wirtek becomes ISO 9001-2000 certified in Denmark. The next stage is to certify the Rumanian development department.
April	Wirtek establishes a development department in Rumania through the purchase of a Rumanian software firm that specializes in telecommunications.
April	Wirtek Academy is introduced in order to handle significant increases in the number of employees.

2005

December	A QA Manager is hired to strengthen Wirtek's focus on quality and processes.
November	The company’s Sales and Marketing Manager is appointed as Sales and Marketing Director as a step in building a larger international sales organization.
November	Wirtek reports yet another fiscal year with increases in both business and results.
November	An HR Manager is hired to strengthen the company’s performance in the HR area and to make Wirtek a more attractive workplace.
August	Wirtek participates in an interdisciplinary project to create intelligent toys of the future.
January	The focus on acquiring outsourcing projects from customers is successful.  Two large ongoing outsourcing assignments are won.

2004

April	Wirtek announces a cooperation agreement with Texas Instruments, one of the world's leaders in technology.
February	Wirtek opens a branch office in Birkerød (just north of the capital, Copenhagen) to service clients in Zealand and Fyn.
Februar	Wirtek reports sales growth for the year. The figures are reduced by significant investments in product development; all the same they are positive.
Januar	Wirtek enters a cooperation agreement with Nokia Networks

2003

September	Wirtek enters a cooperation agreement with End2End, one of Europe's leading providers of mobile data services.
July	Wirtek takes the pulse on the state of its certification campaign and concludes that it was a great success. Over 50% of the company's technical experts achieved one or more certifications in areas such as Java, XML, UML, Flash, and database technologies. The campaign continues.

2002

November	Wirtek produces an impressive first balance sheet.
October	Wirtek seeks to patent a number of innovative aspects of the company's EasyCare system.
October	Wirtek launches EasyCare, a module-based customer support system for mobile operators.
September	Wirtek introduces an internal certification campaign to increase and document employees' skills within their areas of activity.

2001

October	Wirtek enters into a framework agreement with Nokia Mobile Phones for software services.
October	Wirtek is born against the background of a management buyout from Nokia Mobile Phones, the world leader in the field of mobile communications.
